Burn SVCD files to DVD-R

Hi guys! There was an articles here in the forum wherein you can burn/compile more that one SVCD movies to a DVD-R but I could not find it any. Ca someone direct me to that section please ? I want to try it out but I don't know the software/s needed and the instructions guide.
