Burn At Once and Dvd+R/W

I've been using DVDShrink and BAO with my Pioneer 106 since I bough it six months ago with no probs. I've recently bough some DVD+R/Ws and despite the fact that my drive is ok with them, BAO will not have anything to do with them at all.
I have no probs with any other kind of media; just these. Anybody any ideas?
