It would be extremely helpful if you actually told us what the "film" is
, is it an AVI, MPEG, MOV, RM, OGM, etc etc. You really need to be a bit more specific. Get the new beta version of GSPOT (Google will find it for you) and load your "film" into it and report what it says about Video & Audio. Then we will all know what your talking about and may be able to assist further.
