buffer problems when coding with TMPGEnc

I'm conveting a DivX to VCD using TMPGEnc and it gives me an error message at the end saying it has 2000 buffer underruns in the stream. Does anyone know what is going on?

When do you get this error???Is it while encodeing Or while Multiplexing???

Run DivFix (do a seach for it here) on the AVI and strip and re-build the headers. Then strip out the audio with VirtualDUB and then use the resuting WAV file in TMPGenc as Audio Source and 'Fixed" avi for Video source.
