B's Recorder gold - doesn't see burner !

Just having a look at this prog, and I notice it won't work because it doesnt "see" the burner ! Any way I can put this right or should I just delete it ?

Not sure on this.I think you need an update for it.I suspect you have a newer burner?

Must have. A Plextor 24x if this is classed as newer, then guilty !

Yep, it could need an update.What OS are you using?Is it Xp?

It is. I tried a download from their site. Lets just say gobbledegook seems to be their instruction language on updates. I gave it up as a bad job and removed it. Shame, it seemed a nicely laid out prog. I may come back when they've sorted themselves out !
