Hi, I have the following trouble, I use Nero 6.3.1.15 (I think it's written this way 
and I've had the same trouble several times since I'm using version 6 or later.
The question is that I have been burning cds/dvds without a problem for long, but suddenly Nero stops recognizing my blank cds/dvds and acts as if I had introduced no disc in the tray.
I have experienced this problem with two different burners one cd and now a cd/dvd (nec 2500a). Last time I could solve it with some help from the internet but I've forgotten the solution (which I thought to be permanent) and I can't find it again. I've tried Nero reinstalation and update to the latest version, and now I'm downloading some other burning software, but I'm used to Nero, and I like it, so I would thank deeply any useful information about it.
