blank burning?!?!?!?!?!?!? :confused:

help someone
im using nero 6 been using it since it came out but all of a sudden yesterday every dvd i burnt came up as being blank when it was finished. i could open it up in my computer the disc was empty and nero said it was a dvd-rom but it had just written to it this happend 6-7 times i have no idea why. im using the same dvd-r as i always do bulkpaq orange gen4 my writer is a toshiba sd r5002 with the x033 firmware and i have the latest aspi layers installed can anyone help please
ive checked through the forums but cannot find any post on this topic

thanks scarcrow checked my settings it wasnt ticked but it seems to be working ok now might be thanks to the nero upgrade tho im not sure, whatever it works no more coasters woopeee

ok scratch the last post it only did 2 dvds and now its gone back to how it was any help guys coz im starting to get a lil bit peeved with my writer now :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

Bulkpack Orange media are based on an "improved" Princo dye, which might not appeal to your burner (personally I think that the best Princo dye is buying another media brand... :D).
So, try something else, say TDK or Ritek G3/G4 and see what happens.

ok cheers ill try that, so you dont think that my burner needs to be scrapped then?? i hope not ive not had it that long
