Yesterday I had to get needles put into my spine. I got injections of steroids. I am hoping I don't end up looking like some body builder.
OK, maybe that would be funny!

Been there, done that - and just had back surgery in Dec. no walk in the park, I know.......

Yeah, I had the surgery 16 years ago. Recovery is tough!! How are you doing with it?

Not great, have def been better - was my third one in 15 years, have DDD, or degenerative disk disease. Nice of you to ask tho

That's what I have now, I guess. At least they said the word "degenerative" in there somewhere. Let me know how it's going, OK?
(Bet that back doesn't feel too "slippery", does it!)
