newbie needs help
this is my 1st conversion and i need some help
i've been trying to encode divx - dvd as per your tutorial everything goes fine till i run tmpg dvd author and i get the following dvd author has encountered an error the current vidoe bitrate is 9800 &audio is 192 then tells me that the combined is more than 9848kbps i did set the max bitrate to 9000 in dvd2svcd as instructed and i did try to record this to disc but it will not play?
