bin/cue proggie for audio

hi, i am looking for a proggie that can burn mp3/cue with cd text. i tried blindwrite but it won't record cd text. any advice?

cheers ppl :)

are ya looking for a program that will burn mp3s to audio and burn cd text onto the disk so a compatible home hi fi/stereo will display track names !?!?!? if yes then use either NERO or NTI both support this you have to write in DISK AT ONCE with both tho as this is the used format to burn the the cd text ! :)

i know about nero and nt. i am lookig for a prog that can burn from a large mp3(eg 70 mins) an audio cd seperated in tracks and including cd text. i am sure that my cue file is correctly structured.

thx again

are you talkin about an album that has been ripped and joined to form an 80 min track or 74 min track !?
nero can do this i have done it with a couple of cds like this !?
i dont quite know what you are tryin to say with the cd text !? it will work like this but you will only be able to burn the cd text with just 1 track as it will be just a single track !?

Did you install ASPI? EAC needs ASPI to burn (but not for extraction).

The Patin Coufin engine only works with Blindwrite.

So...Goto the Main site ("Home" at the bottom of this page is the quickest). Downloads/ under CDR Tools click on ASPI/ and download ForceASPI v1.17 and install it (read the "INDEX" html file for instructions). This will give you Adaptec's ASPI 4.60.1021, which is the most stable under NT Operating Systems (2000, XP inclusive).

Once you reboot confirm that EAC is using ASPI under EAC options / Interface Tab / "Installed Internal ASPI interface"...if not click that option.

I personally use CDRCue cuesheet editor, simple and complete!
Then i burn my audio cd's using EAC
Give it a try...
You can find it here:

/Products/CUE.EXE

name: xxxxxxxxxxx
serial: xxxxxxxxxxx

name & serial removed, posting of illegal serials is not allowed

I think EAC uses a nonstandard notation with MP3/CUE - see this page
h**p://www.dcsoft.com/cue_mastering_progs.htm

The FILE "thing.MP3" WAVE notation is **REQUIRED** by EAC - other programs supporting MP3/CUE should use the FILE "thing.MP3" MP3 notation - unless things are different since that page I point to!

I recollect a free DOS mode Cuesheet editor - but I also recall it being VERY limited.

I thought I had somethoing there, but doesn't look like it hanles CD-Text - still, it IS a free cuesheet editor - original site dead, and this archive.org save is the only good one!
The download IS valid! - archive normally takes only the first 1Mb and this is LESS!
