Best way to copy dvd-dvd

Hi all
The title is a question not a statement.
I need to know the best way to copy an official dvd to blank one?
I have 3 rugrats and noticed that a lot of my collection is getting more and more fingerprints on them,i have invested hundreds in my collection and would like to back them up.
I tried backing one up using diskjuggler and got an error message at the end even though the dvd appears to play i assume there must be a fault somewhere on the copy?
is there any simple click and copy programs out there?

if its originals you may get problems with DISKJUGGLER ..if you do not own a DUAL LAYER BURNER and DUAL LAYER MEDIA then you will have to rip the disk what poacher said above .....to hard disk and compress/remove any uneeded material with dvd shrink to fit a 4.7gb dvd and then burn to disk :)

you can use DISKJUGGLER to backup your backups using READ AND WRITE from the same device as it will already be compressed and the right size to fit a standard dvd :)

Or, if it will fit a 4.3gig blank, use dvd decrypter, read the original as a iso, then burn it back to the blank.

Discjuggler is hands down the best CD/DVD mastering and burning program, but since it's "totally legal" there are no de-css abilities.
The solution is either using DVD Decrypter first, or AnyDVD which allows decss on-the-fly (but since it's quite slow, IMHO Decrypter should be preferred).
If you don't have a dual layer burner, or DL media are still too expensive for you (and for me, and anyone else as well...) then a transcoder as DVD Shrink (free and just about the best transcoder out there) is a must.

Use DVD Rebuilder with CCE and burn with newest Discjuggler than you get the best results.

Hello wolfie33,

You asked if there simple Click and Copy program to backup your DVDs.

There is a simple to use combination of AnyDVD and CloneDVD.

These two Software Programs used in conjunction with each other produce excellent results and are very simple to use.
