I am trying to find out which is the best or even the better CD-R media that would play in all CD Players.

I guess with the CD-R technology having been around for a such a while that all CD-R media would be compatible with every CD palyer...however, I can be wrong. That is why I am asking.

Any help will be appriciated. Thanks.

such media doesn't exist; even CD players have their own preferences; older players are more compatible with "long strategy" media with Metal Azo dyes; newer players mostly prefer "short strategy" media with Phthalocyanine dye;
my personal favorite is this one: http://www.verbatim.com/products/product_detail.cfm?product_id=BB328478-99A5-4905-8575BF6065274DF5&pc_parent=76F06320-48F1-485E-8E286B6E0039C276

Duracell

Prodisc branded as "Intenso" is what i use for Data CDs; reliable for sure, but not compatible with all standalone CD players; that's why i use it for data only; :)
