One of their free ones - not sure it's a full answer, but it looks like you can have it record the the statistics, so you can analyze them yourself.
You can also give yourself a "per session" alert, so you can be aware if you've used a lot in any one session.

My ISP has a seperate page,where I can get the statistics for my upload/download activity from the beginning of the month to the past day........that way,I know EXACTLY what's left to get the max. out of my connection....
