bbmpeg failed again!!!

Hi everyone, this is my first post and first time tryin to convert an avi file to a vcd; i really don't know what i'm doin. i just opened up dvd2svcd, look for my file and hit convert. were there somethin i had to do before doin this. it went well until it went down to the bbmpeg portion and this is what i got:

it failed the first time and i recover the file and continued, but the same error kept poppin up. i tried changin the offset rate but it was to no avail. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanx in advance

Yes there a little more to do than just load in and hit go. Well not the first time as DVD2SVCD has to be set up correctly. Suggest you have a read of the Tutorial at http://www.dvdrbase.com/showthread.php?t=17356 on how to do it all.
