hi all. its been a while since ive been here. anywayz i have all 10 eps of band of brothers in avi format Xvid Codec. they are very high quality btw. 1 ep is about 700mb and its only 1 HR running. they come from the donkey/sharereactor btw. i was planning to burn them on VCD format so it could be played on TV. i have used numerous proggies like tmpgenc, canopus procoder, mainconcept and ccesp(which i dont really know how to use,hehe). i can see that the mpgs are not really good quality. not like the avis.
is there anyway to convert the avis to mpgs with just a small quality reduction. any proggies or tips which might help is much appreciated. thanks! and merry xmas to ya'll.
