hi would like to know the best and fastway to back up my own dvds which file format to use and best burn software to use i just want movies and nothing else please help and to know which are good blank dvd to use thanks :) ps my writer is a Sony 2x (DWU-10A) Dual Standard DVD+ & DVD- R and RW DVD Burner
