Avisynth Caught an access violation

Hi all,
had this problem after using DVD2SVCD, after doing a conversion, when I test the bbMpeg Muxed File after conversion to check Audio Sync etc I get this in Red Letters at the top of the Screen in Win Media Player and all other players 'Avisynth Caught an access violation in ....' and no picture just sound,
Any one got any ideas, first time it has ever happened and have done a lot of conversions using said software.

A few questions.

What version of AVISynth? If you don't know, then play the example script "Version.avs" or simply create a new script with version() and play it.
What is the script that caused the crash?
What plugins if any are in the plugin folder? As any such plugins will be autoloaded.

Hi, Using XP Pro, unfortunately have deleted the file giving me the problem, I believe im using AVISynth 2.5, Not sure of the Script, not too sure about plugins I used Chicken Mans Guide (Div x to DVD R).
