800mb update i doubt very much what you have there is not an update but a cd image file !? AVG is antivirus software !? an update would be a couple of mb max not 800 ?! thats almost 1gb !?

in fact veryAVG Antivirus updates have a ".bin" filetype - on systems where AVG is installed, this causes confusion with the CUE + BIN CD Image format.
The CUE describes the data, format and track details
The BIN contains the data
If it's a BIN/CUE of video, it's probably in (S)VCD format, so burn it as a "Burn from Image file", in anything that understands CUE/BIN (burnatonce is probably the best at this - Nero can, but some say it doesn't support ALL CUE features).
I'm surprised WinISO isn't doing anything useful with it?

Can also just drop the BIN onto VLC or mplayer and view it. Yeah WinISO should be able to extract the DAT/MPG, better to use ISOBuster or VCDGear for this though.
