can anyone tell me how to resize an avatar to 50 by 50 pixels
so i can use one on the board

use an image manipulation proggy
for eg photoshop

thanks ZoZekool i did as you said ie the flag you can now see
but it was a moving flag before i resized it.

you need to resize it using imageready, if you use photoshop
