If you don't already have an antivirus, GET ONE.... Hardly a day goes by without a new virus or variant, but with email worms being the most common type, a safer email program, or some improvement in handling, is also a good step.
 
Yep a great AV proggy, but there seems to be a bug in the rar unpacker, after the latest update, i can open a infected rar file with no warning from Avast, it only alerts U when U try to extract, before even if U just highlighted the file, it would alert U

It has been posted in their forum & they are working on a fix :)
