Audiogalaxy Winamp

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to associate Winamp with the Audiogalaxy Satellite *.mp3.temp files, so Winamp will start playing after double clicking such a file?

Yep....

If you want to associate your audio galaxy temp' mp3's to winamp, simply....

1. right click on the temp mp3 file
2. Open with
3. Choose winamp
4. Make sure you tick the "always use this prog to open this type of file" box

Now your temp' d/loaded audio galaxy mp3's will show the winamp icon and you just double click to listen to them.

Think that would cause problems VIPER_1069 as Audio Galaxy is still in the process of downloading the mp3 song and identifies it by the temp tag.

The only reason I don't associate the temp files with winamp is because if you leave them how they are, at a glance you can see which songs you haven't finished downloading, once you've associated them to winamp, they all look the bloody same and if a song is 90% downloaded, it will look about the correct size Mb wise, then you have to go online and check with audio galaxy to see which songs are still to be completed.

Additional Info: The I.N.S. ......big bunch of idle lazy bastards with the intelligence of a freshly laid turd. Hate dealing with those clowns!!! Just my two cents worth about the fuckwits who are keeping me from my wife. Paperwork!!! Love the US, hate the INS.

yeah i get ya now mate gozilla uses a temp extension till the files completed and so do a few other dload clients i guess its just how they work mate ! when the files done it will rename itself or the program will lol i spose drag and drop to winamps window will also work on the unfinished files! i have audio galaxy but it never connects so i get from elsewhere incidentally galaxy is gunna get dragged throught the works like napster did as the RIAA are onto them now !!! :(

Shame you can't get connected to A/galaxy VIPER_1069 as it works pretty well, although I do sometimes have connection problems. I love the resume feature of A/galaxy, which Napster never had (as far as I know, if so it never worked for me!)

Well I hope A/galaxy don't close....if something is good, there's always someone wanting to put a stop to it!!!

Like your logo by the way VIPER_1069.
