Audio Video Sync Problem on bbMPEG Muxed File

Hi all,
Have an audio video Sync Problem, I used Chicken Mans Guide 'How to convert your DivX's to DVD±R', ( Excellent Guide by the way). After the conversion of my Movie using DVD2SVCD and I test the bbMPEG Muxed File with Power DVD the Audio is about 2 to 3 seconds before the lips move.
Any Ideas, as I followed the guide to the Letter, I also used Divx Repair to check and fix the original Divx movie, and there is no sync problems in the original.
Fairly new to all this so any help would be great,

Some badly made avi's produce A/V sync problems unfortunately, so your done nothing wrong. Author the files and check the final VOB files before proceeding anyway. If its out by 2sec throughout the file then thats real easy to fix, just have a read of the "Fix A/V sync problems in MPG's" Tutorial and bit about using AC3 Delay Corrector. I assumed you will be converying the audio to AC3.
