audio out of synch with video

hi i just received a vcd mpeg1 and the audio is out of synch with the video how can i fix this. can i resynch the audio to fix the problem please help thank you

Welcome... sure you can fix this problem. You can either use TMPGEnc (the wizard points out where to fix audio), or demux the stream and then fix the audio in an audio app such as GoldWave.
