Hi all,

I have a prob, I'm trying to burn a xvid video file (The Transporter) to Dvd, I'm using nero startsmart, the video plays fine once burned and the sound starts ok but it gradually gets about 5 seconds out of sync towards the end, I know this is a popular problem when buning to DVD but the stange thing is, previously I did a burn of Kill Bill to dvd with exactly the same video and audio codec names which I found out using GSpot v2.21. If it helps here they are:

audio - 0x0055(MP3) ID'd as MPEG-1 Layer 3
Video - Xvid

If anyone can be of help, I will appreciate it very much

Audio Synch Solutions

It sounds as if you are having problems with the audio in the file you have. If your audio is at any lower than 44100Hz then you will get synch problems when you convert over to DVD, even if you don't have any problems when playing them on your PC. The solution to this is fairly striaght forward, with the right programs.

Take a look at the site linked below to solve all of your audio synching problems, I have found it extremely useful over the past few days, and I no longer have the problems...
