Hello , I have been using DVD lab recommended by Chickenman to convert an mpeg file to a DVD format. The problem I have is after I compile the files and it makes an Audio TS and Video TS folder . I then burn with Nero but, when i play the movie I have no sound. I have checked to see if the demuxed sound works and it does. But I get no files in the Audio TS folder. Please can anybody help

the audio's not contained in the AUDIO_TS folder, it gets muxed with the video and is contained in the vobs. do u get sound when playing the dvd on the computer?

sound

No I don't get any sound on the computer either. In dvd lab i can play the sound file before I compile it though. Thanks for your reply .

Audio should be encoded in mp2 format at 224 kbps bitrate in order to work properly with dvd lab (at least in my experience), even when dvd lab says it supports various audio formats, so if you´re loading separate streams for audio and video make sure that audio is encoded properly, I´ve been using TMPGEncoder to do encoding and since then haven´t had a problem.
