ogg vorbis, forget it. he aac, forget it. aac is possible use AVIMux. Actually come to think of it I think he aac may work, just that coreaac doesn't display it correctly. Then again I could have been right the first time in which case it would play just missing all of the sbr part.
If you want to mess around with the above audio formats I would highly suggest that you ditch the AVI container.
Say you decided to go with MKV instead of AVI. Just add your original AVI to mmg, untick the audio. Then add your he-aac, ogg vorbis, etc. and save out a new file. Could also add chapters, tags, attach fonts for subtitles, attach covers, etc.
For he-aac you could also go with mp4.
Then again there is always ogm.
Could also use VDubMod, just add the streams under streams. Double click to disable the old one, make sure that the video is set to direct stream and resave.
