Is it a 333 or 400 fsb barton?
Since you have the fsb\pci\ram ratio @ 5:6 i guess you usually run your fsb@200(400) ?
I think you somehow resetted the bios and now the mobo is running your cpu at 166(333) fsb and multiplier is still at 200(400) fsb status.

:)

400 i think, what can i do ? i know that my memory is 400mhz, and the mob can access the two 256 memory sticks at the same time.

I have not got a clue how to fix this any help please ?

How2 enter bios:
Power on the computer and the system will start POST (Power On Self Test)process. When the message below appears on the screen, press DEL key to enter Setup.

Press DEL to enter SETUP

If the message disappears before you respond and you still wish to enter Setup,
restart the system by turning it OFF and On or pressing the RESET button.
You may also restart the system by simultaneously pressing Ctrl, Alt,
and Delete keys.

Heres the mobo manual, i think what you are looking for is in chapter 3 - under advanced chipset features (its a pdf file so you will need acrobat reader)
Please read it first and get back with any qs
:)
