asus 48*16*48, and copy protection?

I know the 40*12*48 drive will do safedisc2 and laserlock(plus more), with no problem at all, will the new 48*16*48 also do this?

and help would be appreciated, thanks

You are new here & perhaps don't know the rules yet (so do have a read at them), but newcomers are always welcome.
