ASROCK motherboards

Does anyone know anything about Asrock motherboards?
They are really cheap, but are they workin good?

They are Asus cheapo boards I have one running an
Athlon 2200 in a PC I use for burning & Ripping DVD
I have no complaints

I have now bought 2 Asrock motherboards and one Athlon 2000+ and one 2400+ and it works really good!

I got 2 for some pcs i was building but had problems with the memory running in them started by taking the memory back got it replaced still didnt work, eneded up taking the board in and testing it in the end the shop gave up because some mem worked and others didnt
