Just 2 let any other artec owners out there>if u had probs with the drive & nero, Artec has new firmwara 4 this drive.Just gel the right bin file & the flash tool & copy them into new folder.Run the flash tool in windows & choose uur drive 2 flash(& also backup old fw)Seems 2 work good, but changes name of drive 2 RW481248 in device manager.I updated because of probs with nero not being able 2 write data cds.Also Justlink now bcomes Super link & Justspeed is now generic write control
