Well, the other big event has now happened, unless there was a security breach more embarrassing than the newspaper reporter getting in with dodgy papers and a fake "bomb".

Mr. Grumpy married Ms. Frumpy.. and Mumsy did not attend... the continuing saga of Britain's most dysfunctional family.

Oh well, off to the reception, and then off to watch the Grand National ... and if the bride goes to the wrong entrance, she'll end up with a bridle!

PS. In case the Ken and Deidre reference didn't travel well, THEY are characters in the long running TV soap (well, it's outlasted Dallas, Dynasty and many others) "Coronation Street".

I've lost count of how many marriages and affairs Deidre "sexy specs" has had..

We have Coronation Street on PBS, but I've never watched it. Don't even watch American Soaps, including those evening ones that they call detective shows.
Was it a nude wedding?

The wedding wasn't up to much, but the reception was fantastic.

I thought charlie was a big hypocrite, seeing him stand there in front of god, millions on tv & a archbishop & then say he will be faithfull to the women he was unfaithfull with when he was married to diana, doesnt suprise me tho, i not a big royal fan, to me they just overpaid parasites

I didn't see the wedding, or really anything about it. I would be too jealous. I am still waiting for my Prince Charming.
