Applying .PPF file to .IMG (DVD-R)

How do I apply a .ppf file (menu fix) to a .img (video DVD) and burn it? Any suggestions on which program?

hmmmmmmm tough one as PPF patch files indicate ILLEGAL software that needs fixing ?!

either game / dvd /music or other if its to be PPF fixed then its not USUALLY LEGAL

to reply and tell you how to crack /modify a dvd image ... that obviously has been aquired other than purchase !!
