anyone have problem install driver for ATI All In wonder Radeon 8500 With Window XP?

I got a ati video card ATI All In wonder 8500 128 mb DDRam. After i install Driver for the card and then My conputer system just resest by itself if i'm try to turn on TV or any application..

How to fix this problem ?
