Anybody know a way to password protect Internet Explorer 5 in Win98SE ?

no u wont beable to password protect IE - but you can with the internet connection
on a single pc - a possible option is to use a firewall and password protect it - and then stop out going traffic to the gateway or the isp dns servers.
or use a firewall on your gateway if its a pc (all depends on your network setup)
