An ftp hack program?

I’m searching in the web a program to download ftp files without any permission.
I have the latest cuteftp, but the site denied any download.

besides that, we don't really allow hacking material on this forum.
Better off looking at hacking sites for that.
We don't want to turn this into one of those sites.
