All in one media manager?

Hey guys. I need some software, not really sure what programs to get. I need the best All media manager. See I've got all these movies, pictures, and music and i need to organiz them. I'm not worried about a built in player or anything. I just need something that organizes all my files. Like when I sort thourh my pictures in the program, I want to be able to them thumables of those pictures. Know what I mean? Well If theres anyone here that can help me out, plz don't hesitate to post.

For a music i would recomend a helium2........Btw for basic organizing you can use winamp2--Last version is a bugfree,got nice library--also good player for music cds,all types of compressed files(audio and video--just drop a plugin)..........:)
