i am new 2 all this so can any1 tell me if there is an all in 1 dvd rip tool without havin 2 put it thru sevral progs

If the film is on DVD5 then DVD Decrypter will rip the film to ISO and even burn it for you as well. It is the nearest thing I know to an all in one program. If the film is on DVD9 then you will need to follow the tutorials mentioned above.

if you want it easy,fast but finetuning the video too , go with autodub v1.5 ( h++p://www.eclipsedvd.firstream.net/autodub/download.php ; this app really rocks - you can do it with divx or xvid and you can produce the ogm format ( xvid/divx+ogg vorbis in a container like avi but you get about 100meg more on cd ! )

mr.peardy, not quite sure what you want to do. Do you want to rip a DVD to DVD or to some other format like VCD or SVCD or even DivX ?
