i'm asking here, because i know of nowhere else to go... i need help! this sounds like a really stupid question, but is there ANY WAY to retrieve something from the recycle bin that i stupidly emptied??? i know, probably not, but some friend of mine thinks there is a way..?!!? is this just wishful thinking????????

Yes but I cant remember what with however Seek & ye shall find a search on Google for

"Recover Deleted Files"

gives loadsa answers

Use Program called recover4all its awsome gets files back from format ect.

Trouble is, the longer you've left it, and the more that's beed added or changed, the more chance that the file HAS been overwritten - the ideal recovery solution would run from a floppy, not require any installation, and be applied immediately after you lost the file.
