Adobe Premiere - exporting AVI at 100% quality

I have captured some Digital Film through firewire using adobe premiere 6.5. at 100% quality. I am now trying to export my edited AVI at 100% quality but the quality option (File/Export/Timeline/Movie/Settings/Video) is greyed out at 75%.
Any ideas why this is? How do I increase it to 100%.

If you want 100% quality then export it uncompressed or use a lossless codec such as huffyuv.

DV is only lossless for capture, the format itself is not lossless.

That all said the reason it says 75% is because that is the last it was set to before you changed it to DV and it has nothing to do with the DV export as DV has not % slider.

If you really want to have it on 100%, change the settings to say Indeo, then change the slider to 100% and lastly set it back to DV. It will now say 100%, however the actual output will be the same as when it said 75%.
