thx for the news :)
Just wondering, is there any point in using this anymore when i have spybot installed ?
Here's my thought on this bionic.

I was an avid AdAware user until about a year ago when I tried SpyBot, then about 4 months ago I also installed a prog called SpyBlaster which actually blocks so much cr@p silently and is updated every few days and works hand in hand with Spybot.

So did AdAware actually find anything that got past this mighty combo?

Nope, these 2 found way more than AdAware ever did in fact and after a clean install of my O/S last weekend I decided not to even bother with AdAware any more. ;)

Using spyware blaster too (following your advice:)) real excellent soft.
Guess adaware is leaving my comp too then(just been waiting for an excuse)
Cheers :)

Thanks man, does this block some websites from working? Anyways, I was wondering, after I installed this, it seems that SpyBot and AdAware still picks up tracking cookies which I thought this was supposed to block?

As long as you update SpyBlaster and SpyBot on a regular basis you should pick up very few tracking cookies indeed (I find AdSubtract Pro picks up any others but very few are left).

I've not had any problems with not being able to view sites either.

Hmm, have you tried the SpywareGuard program from the SpywareBlaster site since I wonder how it works.

Also, I can't seem to get the quick reply to work on the new version of the forum software here as the box on the bottom of the message thread is greyed out and says to use the Quick Reply button in the message above but I don't see a Quick Reply button anywhere.

The quick reply button is between the edit & reply buttons at the right hand side of Ur post:)

Looks likea piece of paper with a question mark on it, click it once & the quick reply box can be typed in:)
