accept rar files

I would sugest enable to acept rar extentions

Why u may ask..

for 1 good reason

if u compare a ziped file with a rar file u will see that most of the time (if not always) rar files are smaller

meaning faster downloads on forum lil bit less stress ON the forum/server

resulting that the forum will load faster and smoother..

Bro it's your choice at de end of de day many use winrar v3 but its all good.
