AC3 Problem In TMPGenc DVD Author

Hi All
I'm trying to author a Xvid I've converted using CM's guide with TMPGenc DVD author. When I try to add the AC3 file it comes up with an error saying its an illegal audio format and only AC3 and MP2 can be used! The audio was already AC3 and in DVD2SVCD I set the audio rate to 384 as per the guide. I have used AC3 files in TMPGenc DVD Author before and no problems.Does anybody know what the problem can be?

Try putting the AC3 through BeSliced.

What do I need to do Celtic? I dragged the AC3 onto the old guy's picture then what? I've tried fix file & normalize but Notepad opens and the nothing. Am I not doing something?

Notepad should open up containing the besplit log. I guess you could try running BeSlit manually.

Nothing appears in Notebook. Is there any other way besides BeSliced?

As I said, you could try running BeSplit manually. Worked fine for me in the past before bespliced was created.

BeSplit.exe -core( -input inputfile -prefix C:\output -type ac3 -fix )

Might want to make sure that the path of the file does not contain spaces and try again first though.

You need to have BeSplit & BeSliced in the same folder, else it wont work.
