If you are still using an old abit be6-2 rev1.0 mobo with an onboard highpoint udma66 controller then you will find a raid bios for your mobo here:

After flashing your will have a abit be6-2 with a xu board-firmware and a 368 raid controller firmware.(iwill)
After flashing you will be able to switch to raid0 and raid1 .
I flashed my be6-2 but i couldn´t test the raid function cause i don´t have two equal hd´s.
This fw is only for the brave ...it´s your own risk
