A question on Kerio 2.1.4

I am using this version(2.1.4) of Kerio without any problem. My question is that when I happened to check the Kerio Folder I noticed that it was 496mb. I couldn't understand why it was so large.

I then noticed that a file named "filter.log" was 457mb. Is there away to erase this large log file? Also is it safe to erase this file(I don't know if the info on it is needed)? I don't want to do anything to corrupt the running of Kerio. I just don't want to take up harddrive space if this isn't really necessary.

Thanks!

Tony

to my knowledge u can clear the log at anytime u wish to, its only a log and does not contain the rules, the only reason u would need the log would be to trace an intruder attempt into ur system, when i used kerio i frequently cleared the log with no effect to the rules

Something is wrong there!!--for sure!!!I got same version(latest)and that file is 24 kb.........
