Yo dude no doubt you will remember me, did a post on DVDx2.0.

I am at this very moment in time encoding a movie using DVD2SVCD, I followed your tutorial and found it to be of great help as I had to change about 5 parameters which were incorrectly set.

I would suggest every member who is interested in converting DVD's etc. to SVCD (for whatever reason is your privacy, and will be respected.) have a thorough read of Chickenman's tutorial for it is the most comprehensive article you will ever find on this topic. This man knows his stuff, and I have picked up a few hints on the way. If this works, then I will not be going back to DVDx2.0, of which I have mastered already. There is always more too learn as I have found out.

You have my deepest respect for this tutorial.

Stevie Boy, you could use that flashing clown logo of yours in a horror movie it would scare peeps too death! Imagine seeing that on yer 50" plasma after a nite on the piss lol

Thanks for the kind words and glad to see your getting good results from using DVD2SVCD. You will soon find where to park DVDx. :D

CCE is the real gem of it all and DVD2SVCD just makes the whole process so automatic. Fantastic pic quality, fantasic sound quality and all done in the quickest time for a SVCD. Then why would anyone want to use anything else for their SVCD's?

Which Direction?:D The poor chicken is :confused: if you put sound effects on it I will leave this forum for good, as that will drive me nuts. That damn baby on the simpsons sucks that dummy as though there will be no tomorrow.
