Hello everyone,
this is the most curious problem: I have 5 machines (Dell and Compaq) w/various DVD+R/RW drives (NEC NR-7900 and 1100, HP200e, HP200i) and two different DVD burning software (RecordNow, EasyCD Creator 6) and each computer has the following problem: when I burn a DVD+R disc, the computer cannot read it. If I put a DVDR+R disc in burnt before: same thing (actually, not only the DVD+R/RW drive cannot read it, but the other DVD-ROM drive either. HOWEVER! If I reboot the computer, the disk is readable without any problems. ALSO! I have a HP200dvdj external DVD writer. Same problem, but it is enough to disconnect and reconnect the drive to make it work.
I am guessing this is a XP issue, since that is the only common factor in the machines.
I have searched the Microsoft website and the net but nobody seems to have the same problem...? ANYBODY HERE....?
Thanks,
sanyi
