3D studio Max R4 and keygen....

I have 3D Studio Max R4...it works good on Win2K but since I installed WinXP Pro with SP1 it don't work. I read on official web page that problem is in C-dilla softvare. I download It (800 Kb) and Install. It solve the problem. 3D S Max is working, but MY KEYGEN IS BAD....have U got any idea to solve this problem? Or is anyone here, who have got Keygen for 3DSMax, whitch is working witch new version of C-dilla?
