20 minutes of Audio/Video in 64Kb?

I found this web site, which has two files, 64 Kb each. The files contain synthesized audio and computer generated graphics of about 20 minutes in length and yet the files are only 64Kb. I suspect something is not quite kosher, but I don't have the necesary background in programming to figure out what's going on. I figure maybe somebody else can figure out whats going on.

Have you never seen any of the "assembly" demo's?

Assembly 95 results - the mostly DOS material of that time was truly impressive - I remeber that "Little Green men" was pretty good, though I don't thing it was in the 64k or even 4k category.

Hyper-efficient coding, plus additional compression - and remeber, the stuff of that time had less CPU to work with!

Thanks for the links and clearing things up. I thought they were using stuff embedded in windows to do what they did. In todays bloatware its hard to believe so much can be done in such small files. Now only if this can be done with movies, It'd be Divx on steroids.

In other words, IT'S A ONE WAY TRIP!
You could NEVER make a video of the performance, and then compress it!
