2 simple question

Hi
I have a scratched DVD-movie. Its 7Gb. i want to copy it to a new disc. I use nero.
The questions:
1) I suppose i need to use a program to by-pass the bad sectors, what program and how should i do this?
2) My burner can only burn single layer, ie 4gb. How can i put the 7 gb on 2 disc?

Disk might be a dirty only,who knows?So try to clean it up-use a search funtion to know how,if its scratched try isobuster or product from arrowsoft like dvd inspector;for copying the dvd check one of many tutorials in a dvd section :)
