1.OK OK which version of clone cd has the "Amplify weak sectors" enabled please some one TELL ME

2. how do i burn a .bin file with out a .cue and it work properly?

any version 4 onwards

use cd-mate and burn the bin file without a cue file just choose it when selecting image !! and yes it will work fine

Dupe post, but still valid; for amplify weak sectors, if you are in the US, change region settings to Canadian English, and all is well.
